Chalet Lujoso y de Diseño en los Alpes Suizos / Luxury and Designer Chalet in the Swiss Alps

Hace algunos días una amiga me pasó el link de este espectacular chalet que encontró por casualidad. Me dejó tan impresionada que decidí que era el modo perfecto de inaugurar la sección deco.

Some days ago a friend gave me the link of this spectacular chalet she had found by chance. It made me such an impression that I decided it was a perfect way to inaugurate the deco section.

 

Este elegante loft de 300 m² está ubicado en un chalet de madera en Zermatt, en los Alpes Suizos. Combina de manera sorprendente, pero brillante y  armoniosamente un montón de cristal, acero, hormigón texturizado y madera. Dejando de lado las excepcionales vistas, es digna de mención la mesa suspendida e iluminada de la sala de estar principal, que puede subirse o bajarse para hacer las veces de mesa baja, de comedor o estar a la altura del techo. Otros elementos llamativos son la chimenea empotrada en la pared de cristal y los sillones “caja”, que me recuerdan a los flight cases que se usan en el teatro.

This stylish 300 m² loft is set in a wooden chalet in Zermatt, in the Swiss Alps. It combines in a surprising but brilliant and accordant way acres of glass, steel, textured concrete and wood. Putting aside the outstanding view, it’s worth mentioning the suspended and illuminated table of the main living area which can be raised and lowered from coffee table, to dining table, to ceiling height. Other striking elements are the fireplace set into the glass wall and the jack-in-the-box armchairs, which remind me of the theatre flight cases.

Escaleras arriba, en el altillo, hay otra zona chill-out con sofá, cocina, bar, un aseo para invitados y ¡un jacuzzi independiente!

Upstairs, in the mezzanine, there is another sofa chill-out area with kitchen, bar area, a guest toilet and a free-standing Jacuzzi bath!

Con vistas a la zona principal del loft, hay dos dormitorios dobles con baño privado y balcón, una sobre la otra. El tercer y magnífico dormitorio principal tiene un jacuzzi independiente con cubierta de madera listada para dar masajes, una cama isla con suelo giratorio, lavabo doble en el dormitorio, una ducha y WC separados, sauna, vestidor, sofá y televisión empotrada en ventana de cristal.

Overlooking the main loft area, there are two double en-suite bedrooms with balcony, one above the other. The third magnificent master bedroom has a free-standing bath with wood-slatted massage cover, an island bed on a rotating floor, his and her bedroom sinks, a separate shower room and WC, sauna, a walk-in wardrobe, a sofa, and a TV set into the glass window.

No soy muy aficionada al esquí, pero si alguno de vosotr@s va a ir allí de vacaciones, no me importaría acompañaros… siempre que invitéis vosotros, ¡porque cuesta entre 364 a 1025 € por persona y noche!

I’m not into skiing, but if any of you are going there on holidays I wouldn’t mind go with you… as long as it’s you, because it costs from 364 to 1025 € per person and night!
